Jack retired after 32 years from Cook, Inc. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, being outdoors, and spending time with his family and friends. He will be deeply missed.
Jack is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Sandy Clark; his five sons, Jackie, Jacob, Joshua, John, and Justin Clark; his step-daughter, Penny Stickels; a sister, Judy (Mike) Allgood; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren; and beloved family members.
In addition to his parents, Jack was preceded in death by his brother, Jim Clark; three sisters, Betty Pettyjohn, Bernice Clark, and Sharon Cowden; and two step-sons, Paul and Todd Stickels.
A celebration of life memorial service will be held at a later date.
