Jack Wayne Hensley, age 61, of Bloomington, formerly of Florida, passed away Friday afternoon, March 17, 2023 at the I.U. Health; Bloomington Hospice House. Born November 27, 1961 in Indianapolis, he was the son of Walter Ernest and Bobby Pearl (Colyer) Hensley. Jack received a bachelor degree and became a Journeyman Machinist prior to becoming a hairstylist, owning and operating his own hair salon. He loved being able to travel and laughing and telling jokes.
Jack is survived by his sister, Diana Adams, of Bloomington, several nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and eight siblings.
Per Jack’s wishes, there will be no services or visitation held in his memory.
