Jane and Jerry were great and good friends since university days here at IU. Later, we shared membership in IU and Bloomington organizations. I will always remember the smiles and laughter which accompanied sharing news of events here and about people we had known Forever!
This is the end of an era...

To Jane's Family...

You would not know me, but I have fond memories of Jane. In the 1990's I worked at Williams Jewelry in downtown Bloomington, and I remember Jane coming in regularly as a customer. She had such a sweet personality - kind, thoughtful, engaging and considerate - and she always took an extra moment to speak with me. Her kindness was something I appreciated.

I remember her once looking for a certain type of spoon - one with a little hook on the back - and she couldn't find it anywhere. I suggested a little junk/antique store in Clear Creek ("Aunt Janes," I think it was called). A few days later Jane called me and was so excited to have found that spoon - you would have thought it was a winning lottery ticket!

Please know your family is in my thoughts, and that I - and many others - will always smile when we think of Jane.

Dear Kevin and Erin,

Kathy and I are so very to hear of your loss. We were away from campus in February and missed the news of your father. He was a special friend - we had many, many great racquetball matches years ago. As you may be aware Jerry and I were early members, even founders of the IU Education "TTT" program. (Teachers Training Teachers). Jane graciously made dinner for this group on several occasions. I will always have fond memories of each of them.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you both at this time. Take good care of each other - God Bless you both.

Dear Kevin and Erin,
I so saddened by the passing of your Mother and Father, they both were very generous and caring, I remember your Mother making our BHSN diving robes, It was a honor to receive that garment and I wore it with pride, may God comfort your families.
Sincerely,
Dale Johnson

How blessed we were to have Aunt Jane in our lives! No matter what Aunt Jane was going through she never forget Patrick's Happy Birthday 🎂 on St. Patrick's Day, she always sent him a beautiful card from her and Uncle Jerry! They were such a blessing and a Rock for me when our beloved, Patrick, went Home to be with the LORD on 12-02-17. Since then we McIntosh's have lost Margaret McIntosh, then our beloved Jerry McIntosh and now our beautiful and beloved Jane McIntosh. So many losses in four months is too much to bare. But we know Jane & Jerry and Patrick & Jack & Margaret are dancing on the streets of Gold in Heaven with our Heavenly FATHER and LORD & SAVIOR, JESUS CHRIST! We miss you so Aunt Jane & Uncle Jerry . Our thoughts and prayers are with Erin & Kevin and Jane & Jerry McIntosh as numerous as the stars 💕
