Lori Lee (Fuller) Bordner, 64, passed away on May 20, 2026, at IU Health Bloomington Hospital in Bloomington, Indiana. Born in Elwood, Indiana on March 30,1962, Lori was known for her kind heart, warm spirit, and the laughter she brought to those around her.
Lori spent many years working throughout the Bloomington community. Over the years, she worked at Bear’s Place, Poncho’s, and Uptown Cafe, and later dedicated herself to caring for others through Stone Belt ARC’s special needs day program and by managing two group homes.
She had a love for gardening and found joy in the simple beauty of nature.
Lori was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Fuller; her mother, Linda (Campbell) Simon; her stepfather, Jim Simon; and her stepsister, Julie Robinson.
She is survived by her longtime companion, Kevin Bordner; her sister, Jerri (Mike) Sproat; and her stepmother, Jan (Mabe) Fuller.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 31, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Day & Deremiah-Frye Funeral Home in Bloomington, Indiana.
