Lori Marie Pytlik Byrd

Lori Marie (Pytlik) Byrd passed away with her family by her side at I.U. Methodist Hospital on April 20, 2023. Born on May 23, 1976 in Milwaukee Wisconsin, she was the third daughter of Kenneth J. Pytlik (Vicky) and Michalene Reilly who survive her. She is also survived by the light of her life, her 23-year-old daughter Emily Ann Byrd, and her furry son, Meyer. Further survivors include her sisters Tracy Hollon and Jennifer Pytlik and many loving and far-flung relatives including nieces-- Tara, Jessica, Shelby, Kaitlyn; and many cousins. She also is survived by co-workers and friends who loved her dearly. Lori worked at Harrell-Fish Inc as a construction administrator and previously worked at Storage Express for many years. She made friends wherever she went and was fiercely loyal to all of them. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 17th, 2023 from 11 am to 3 pm at the Day and Deremiah-Frye Funeral Home, 4150 East 3rd Street, Bloomington, Indiana.
