Lou Alice Cappy

She spent most of her life in Michigan City where she was married and raised her family, then returning to Bloomington in 1991. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Michigan City, and she was a homemaker.

Lou is survived by her daughter; Julie Cappy of Bloomington, grandchildren; Damon Cappy, and Lindsay Cappy. She is also survived by her great grandchildren; Ty, Jakob, Kaden, Aftyn, Atley.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Edward Cappy, son Michael Cappy, sisters Martha Baker, Mary Ellen Steinke, brothers Donald, and L. David Allgood.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 25, 2011 at 1:00 PM at Carlisle Funeral Home. Burial will take place at Greenwood Cemetery in Michigan City.
