Orval Lee Easley

Orval Lee Easley was born on his father's birthday, February 16th in 1941. He was the oldest child of O. Lee Easley and Ariadne( Crowe) Easley. He died on Thursday, November 6th, 2025, held tightly in the arms of his wife Diana.

Lee has been predeceased by his two sisters Bettye Woerpel and Nora Spurlock. He is survived by his three brothers James(Joan), William, and John( Maria).

In 1971 Lee married Elizabeth Kulze. They were married until her death in 2001. Their two children Jennifer Pardue(David Brock II) and Michael Easley(Stacey) survive.

Lee married Diana Kent in 2006. She survives along with Lee’s bonus children Tyler Davis(Allison), and Emily Davis (Mark Wright). Lee is also survived by four adored grand children Haylee Pardue, Kendell Pardue, Kyrie Easley, and Tristan Davis.

Following his retirement from Indiana University and hers from AT&T Lee and Diana enjoyed traveling by themselves, with some lifelong friends with Schwartz, Cruise Planners and with the Happy Travelers tour group.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 13th, 2025, from 1:00PM-3:00PM at Day & Deremiah-Frye Funeral Home located at 4150 E. Third St Bloomington, IN 47401. Funeral service will be held at 3:00PM led by John Easley.

After the services the family invites all attendees for coffee and dessert at their home.
