Ricky Eugene Harden, 62, of Bloomington passed away Saturday morning, September 21, 2024 in I.U. Health, Bloomington Hospital. He was born May 15, 1962 in Whiteland, IN to Donald Harden and Joyce Guy Harden. He was a self-employed mechanic.
Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Trixie Bogue Harden; his mother, Joyce Harden of Nashville, two sons, Ricky Eldon Harden of Peru and Roy (Amanda) Harden of Nashville; two brothers, David Harden of Nashville and John Harden of Morgantown; 6 grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Harden; a son, Kenneth Eugene Harden; a sister, Pam Joss; and a grandchild.
Ricky enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, fishing and had been on the Fruitdale Fire Department for 25 years.
No services are planned at the time, arrangements are under the direction of Day & Deremiah-Frye Funeral Home.
