Travis Scott Terrell left this world at the age of 29 on August 10, 2023. He was a father, brother, grandson, cousin, nephew, and good friend. He is survived by his loving family which includes his father Bradley, sister Mariea, brothers Tommy and Aaron (Caroline), Grandmother Thelma, cousins, aunts, and extended family. He has been reunited with his mother Shellie, Grandpa Ira, Aunt Pamela, and son Christopher Joe Harden Terrell. On his best days you could find him hiking with his dog Missy that he loved and trained well. His hobbies included swimming, fishing, lifting weights and playing pranks on any unsuspecting person. As his sister, I had a lot of pranks pulled on me. One of the last ones got me good. The boys, Caroline and I had stopped for ice cream on a hot summer day. We all were walking back to the car to head our separate ways. I threw some things in the trunk of my car when Travis let out a high pitch scream. I immediately turned around let out my own scream looking down at what had appeared to be my brother’s arm slammed in the truck. The rest of the group responded with howls of laughter and joy. My sly brother had put his long sleeve in the way of the door closing. As I bring this to an end “Travis, now that time is up on that irreversible clock, and this problem can no longer darken your door. I hope that you find peace that you could not find here on earth. I love you my little brother”. Funeral will be held at Day & Deremiah-Frye Funeral Home.
