Mary DePoto, a longtime resident of Beacon Hill in Boston, MA, passed away on February 6, 2026. She is survived by her brothers George DePoto of East Haven, CT, and Joseph DePoto of Guilford, CT. She was predeceased by her brothers Thomas and Paul DePoto. Mary also leaves behind six nieces, a nephew, and several grand nieces and grand nephews.
A Funeral Mass will be held on February 21 at 10:00 am at St. Joseph’s Church, 68 William Cardinal O'Connell Way, Boston, MA 02114.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Mary to support the Special Care Nursery at Massachusetts General Hospital, where Mary volunteered as a baby cuddler for many years.
