Joyce Lynn Fulghum (Cooke) passed away peacefully on July the 6th, 2026 after a short but intense battle with cancer. Joyce was born in Snoqualmie, Washington to Charles Cooke and Florence Cooke. Joyce lived a life full of love, family, kindness, hard work, and adventure. She was loved by many and will be deeply missed.
Joyce is survived by her husband, Michael Fulghum, their son Tyler and his partner Ashanti, her grandson Forrest, her two sisters - Ann and Susan Cooke, sister-in-law - Mary Fulghum, and brothers-in-law - Marti and Scott..
