Lucy was born January 25,1950 in Rockford Illinois to parents Robert Isaacson and Grace Jorgensen. Her family moved to Washington in her childhood and she attended Lakeside School - St. Nicholas School for Girls. She spent many years at her family's house on Whidbey Island and developed a deep love for nature, the ocean, and the Puget Sound. Lucy also loved to Ski, and spent many a weekend at Stevens Pass in Washington and later went to the University of Colorado for college to be near the mountains and the snow. She returned to Washington after school and worked in Crissey's Flower Shop in Seattle and then R David Adams flowers where she met her future husband Dean Logen. Lucy and Dean married on April 9th, 1983 and worked together for R. David Adams Associates Inc. Landscaping until both retired. When not working in a garden, Lucy spent much of her time surrounded by her dogs. She started the Himoon Labrador kennel in 1990 and bred and showed English Labs as part of the Puget Sound Labrador Retriever Association.
Lucy is survived by her husband Dean, and her two children Dane and Karin Logen.
