Michael P. Rusch

He was born in Seattle, Washington on December 20th, 1967, to Robert and Carolyn Rusch. Michael graduated from Cascade High School in 1986; during high school, he started a 14-year long career at Safeway which paved the way for his 25-year long career at Boeing as a Systems Analyst. He officially retired on January 5th, 2023. While at Boeing, Michael met Erika and the two eventually married on April 5th, 2008.

Michael is survived by his: wife, Erika; daughter, Melanie; parents, Robert and Carolyn; and brother, Peter.

A celebration of life will be held on May 31st at 2pm at Lifetime Celebrations by Washelli in Bothell. Please note, parking at the venue is limited, however attendees are welcome to park the Lutheran church across the street.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to one of Michael’s favorite charities: Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation – Northwest Chapter, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, The Museum of Flight, National Nordic Museum, SIFF, Stand Up to Cancer. A longer list will be provided in the memorial booklet as well.
