Shirley Rae Cooper

She is preceded in death by her parents Harold and Susan (Pasich) Eckert and her husband Jack Cooper.

Shirley worked in Medical Administration for Pacific Medical Centers of Seattle.

Shirley was always busy reading, gardening, and baking, and was a true talent at knitting and crocheting. She never missed Jeopardy and was a devoted fan of her Seahawks and Mariners.

Shirley is survived by her sister Sharon Friedman (Ronald), her children, Sherry Ryan (Glenn), Sally Rudnick (Travis), step-son Jesse Cooper (Michelle) and by her grandchildren, Zachary, Molly and Emma and her beloved dog Ben.

Shirley was always up for a cup of coffee and a conversation, always ready for a good laugh, and always willing to help, fix, or soothe. Shirley had a light and an ease about her that made everyone feel comfortable, cared for, and loved. She will truly be missed by all that knew her.

A celebration of Shirley’s life will be held at 12:00pm to 4:00pm, Saturday, August 6, 2022, at Lifetime Celebrations by Washelli, 18224 103rd Ave NE, Bothell, Washington, 98011.
