Clifford “Cliff” M. Clasen of Broomfield, Colorado, passed away on May 30, 2021 in Broomfield. Cliff was born on September 2, 1975 in San Antonio, Texas to Clifford and Lydia (Ortiz) Clasen. Cliff met and married Michele on July 28, 2001 in Sausalito, California. He lived in Pleasanton, California and attended the University of California Davis obtaining a BS in Psychology. Changing his career path, Cliff was hired at Google and worked his way up to Senior Sales Engineer. He was transferred to the Google offices in Boulder, Colorado. Cliff had many hobbies consisting of playing guitar, ATVing and mountain biking. However, his true passion was spending time with his children. Cliff enjoyed adventure and living for the moment. He is survived by his ex-wife, Michele; children Emily and Owen Clasen; mother Lydia Ortiz Clasen; father Clifford (Phyllis) Clasen; siblings, Chris Lopez, Stevie Benevento, Stuart Clasen, Krystal Hylton, and Samantha Bonde as well as several other nephews, nieces and cousins. He is preceded in death by his son Nolan Clasen. Cliff was always very grateful for all the friends and family he had in his life and loved his children with all his heart.
