Daniel Jordan Morkert passed away in Boulder, CO on March 30, 2016 from injuries sustained in an auto accident. He was born in Corpus Christi, TX on October 5, 1987. Dan was a kind-hearted son, brother, and uncle. He loved the outdoors, mountains, snow and skate boarding, and his beloved pit bull "Diesel." Dan will be remembered for his love of family, friends, and willingness to help anyone or any living creature in need. He is survived by his parents, Craig and Laurie Morkert of Roseville, CA; sister, husband, and newborn nephew, Cara, Shawn, and Dublin Michael Williams of Snohomish, WA; and related family members in Portland, OR and San Antonio, Texas. The family will hold a private service.
