Diane was born April 14, 1947 to Thaddeus and Bernice (Jaskula) in Chicago, IL. She received her bachelors’ degree from Regis University and her master’s degree from Denver University. Diane worked for 25 years at Children’s Hospital. She enjoyed traveling and learning different languages, she loved going to the beach, hiking in the mountains and she had a deep relationship with God , and was deeply devoted to the Blessed Virgin Mary.
She is survived by two sons: Charles Svoboda and Paul Svoboda one brother Charles Fial, one niece Berkeley one nephew Taylor and her many friends. She is preceded death by her parents.
Visitation will be held 9am Friday September 28 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Center 898 14th St. Boulder. Mass of Christian burial will follow at 10 am at the church. Interment will take place in Chicago. To send condolences please go to www.cristmortuary.com.
