Elizabeth Ann Forth of Loveland lost her courageous battle with cancer at the age of 52 on Sunday October 21, 2012 in Loveland, CO. Beth was a graduate of Cornell University and was a long time employee of BI Inc. in Gunbarrel, attaining the position of proposals manager. She was an avid reader, gardener, and loved outdoor bird watching and caring for her birds at home. Beth was a long time caring hospice volunteer and was loved instantly by all who had the privilege of meeting her.
Beth is survived by her husband George Forth, daughter Rebecca Leon, grandson Calvin Brooks, her parents Ken and Sally Hooks, her brother Robert Hooks, her most beloved bird Trixie, and countless loving relatives and friends. Beth was exceptionally close to and preceded in death by daughter Bonnie Forth Verstraete and maternal grandmother Aleen Carruthers.
Beth’s memorial service will be held Saturday October 27 at 1:00 pm at Calvary Bible Church, 3245 Kalmia Ave. in Boulder. In lieu of flowers please make contributions to Pathways Hospice Care Center at McKee Medical Center, 2000 N. Boise Ave. Loveland CO 80538.
