Eric M. Loidl of Longmont CO passed away Sunday, September 26, 2021; age 57; loving and devoted husband of Adele for 27 years; amazing stepfather of Aubrey; incredible uncle to Dakota and William; grandfather of Luca and Giana.
Eric was born July 7, 1964 in Chicago, IL and grew up in Boulder, CO. He attended Texas Tech and later graduated from the University of Colorado. He had many careers, but will be most remembered for his love of his time with the Chart House Steak and Seafood restaurants. Eric was an amazing husband, family man and the absolute love and heart of his family.
