Jim and I worked together at Grant Thornton many years ago and became close friends.  Eventually we both left the firm and lost touch with each other.  

Jim's sense of humor, his kindness and his patience were instrumental in my development as a consultant and a person.  He often crossed my mind over the years and I regret not figuring out how to contact him to say hello.

I am deeply sorry for your loss.  He was such a good man.
