Joann Ruth Schielke, 81, loving wife and mother, passed away on January 16, 2011. She was born on November 21, 1929 in Mishawaka, Indiana. She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Wally; son Randy (Jeanette); daughters Ann Medialdea (Mike), Cindy Sagehorn (Gary), and grandchildren Rachael, Melissa, Andrea, and Jadon.
Joann was a Godly mother and devoted wife. She dearly loved her savior Jesus Christ and her family. Joann had a way of bonding with everyone she met. She also loved flowers of every kind, camping, and God’s beautiful outdoors. We will miss her very much.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 20, 2011 at Calvary Bible Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 8055 E. Tufts Ave., #770, Denver, 80237 or Calvary Bible Church, 3245 Kalmia Ave, Boulder, 80301.
