

Born in Fulton, MO, to Paul Stephen & Mary Virginia Worsham, she was the youngest of two children. Elaine was a 1954 graduate of Fulton High School, and earned her AA Degree from William Woods College in 1956. She was married to Billey Niblack from 1957-1989. When he resigned from the military in 1965, they moved to Illinois with their two daughters.
In 1989, Elaine moved to Colorado, where she attended The Rocky Mountain School of Art and Design from 1990-1992. She earned her Degree of Interior Design, receiving top honors. Elaine worked for 2 1/2 years in Interior Design, then, as a sales assistant at Foley’s Department Store for 6 years. Afterwards, she proudly volunteered her time at St. Anthony's Hospital, in the surgery recovery department, for 7 years.
Elaine will be lovingly remembered by family, friends, and acquaintances for her generosity, kindness, quick wit, and talent. She will be deeply missed.
Elaine is survived by her two daughters Patrice Kulisek of Wonder Lake, IL, and Karen (Dean) Kerr of Auckland, New Zealand; grandson Paul (Dara) Kulisek, two great-grandchildren Ethan and Ana of Macomb, MI; and sister, Carol (Jim) Cole of Longmont, Co.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to St Jude’s, Food Bank of the Rockies, or Denver Rescue Mission, as she was a regular supporter of these charities, as well as, many others. Elaine had requested cremation, with no service, but wished all to keep in mind the song “I Hope You Dance”, by Lee Ann Womack.
