Our beloved Kaylie was born to Thomas Hushka and Lynnette Bechard on December 2, 1983 in Boulder, CO. She was a 2002 graduate of Fairview High School and then attended Ft. Lewis College. She continued her education by pursuing a career as a veterinary-technician through Bel-Rea. Brilliantly creative, Kaylie loved writing and photography.
Kaylie is survived by her mother, Lynnette Bechard of Boulder; father, Thomas Hushka of Huntsville, AL; step-fathers, Scott Dedrick and Philip Lyman of Boulder; sister, Corrie Dedrick of Boulder; grandparents, Donna and Lee Roy Bechard of Longmont as well as other extended family.
A service will be held at 12 p.m. for Kaylie at Crist Mortuary Chapel, 3395 Penrose Place, Boulder, CO 80301, on Saturday, August 7, 2010. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made on behalf of Kaylie to the Denver Dumb Friends League, 2080 S. Quebec St., Denver, CO 80231.
