Our Dad, Lloyd S. Hansen, died peacefully in his sleep at the age of 98. Dad grew up as a Minnesota farm boy. He lived a joyful and adventurous life. He traveled to Alaska before it was a state, served in the United States Air Force and was a WWII POW in Germany. Adventurous in life and joyful at home, Dad was a longtime resident at Frasier Meadows Manor. His daily walks around Frasier were highlighted by his warm hellos and generous hugs. He shared pictures of his great grandchildren with anyone who stopped long enough to say hi.
You are invited to his memorial service at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 6th. The celebration of his life will take place in the Frasier Meadows Manor Chapel. A gathering of friends will follow the service in the Frasier Sky Lounge. In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution in his name to Halcyon Hospice, 200 Mead Street, Mead, CO 80542. If you'd like to really make the day special, please wear something red. Red was Dad's favorite color and for him wearing red meant that it was going to be a great day.
