Olive Virginia Woltman was born October 14, 1930 In Rooks County, Kansas to Oliver and Mary Baker.
She was married Dec 7, 1947 to John A. Woltman at the Methodist Parsonage in Phillipsburg, Kansas. He preceded her in death in 2012. Shortly after they were married they moved to Boulder CO establishing their home with their 4 children. Most important to Olive was her husband of 65 years and family gatherings with her children, 12 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Olive was a homemaker for most of her life raising her family, gardening, thrift shopping and traveling. Olive was an active member of the Longs Peak United Methodist Church of Longmont, CO.
Olive is survived by her brother, Harold (Darlene) Baker, Henderson, NV; 4 children, Ellen (Terry) Brafford, Surprise, AZ; Jeanne (Bob) Peters, Northglenn, CO; Michael (Susan) Woltman, Longmont, CO and Bob (Nancy) Woltman, Louisville, CO as well as her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Services will be held on November 7, 2018 at Longs Peak United Methodist Church, 1421 Elmhurst, Longmont, CO at 10 in the morning.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Tru Community Hospice of Boulder County or Meals on Wheels of Boulder, CO.
