Patricia Ann Cornell

Patricia Ann (Schadegg) Cornell of Longmont, CO passed away on July 17, 2016. Patricia was born on November 22, 1929 in St. Petersberg, CO to George H. and Rose C. (Lousberg) Schadegg. She earned her diploma from Boulder High School in 1947 and married Raymond Charles Cornell on February 4, 1949 in Brighton, CO. Patricia worked for the Boulder Valley School district as a cook and worked at SoFro Fabrics. She was a member and President of the Ladies Elks and a member of the Catholic Youth Organization..

Patricia loved to sew, crotchet, cook, embroider, and make cookies. She also acted as caregiver for her parents, grandchildren and husband Ray. She loved spending time with family and especially enjoyed time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Patricia is preceded in death by sisters Georgia Eichorn, Jean Westover, and Genevieve Hodgson; daughter Debbie Cornell (Sugarfoot) and parents George and Rose Schadegg. Survivors include husband Raymond C. Cornell, children Raymond George Cornell (Cheryl), Karen Pilkington-Cook (David W.), sister Diane Bush (Robert), grandchildren Dustin Cornell (Patty), Tiffany Erdmann, Jennifer Cook, Laurissa Pilkington and great grandchildren Taylor, Ryan, Karli, Hailey, and Elijah.

A memorial service will be held at Crist Mortuary in Boulder, CO on July 22, 2016 at 10am. Interment will be at Green Mountain Cemetery.
