Bob passed away Saturday afternoon following a short and sudden illness.
Bob had a wonderful sense of humor, an enormous thirst for adventure, and a kind heart. Because of his faith in God, we believe he is now in the arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in heaven with a body no longer encumbered by physical limitations. He wrote the following prior to his death regarding what he wanted us to remember regarding his transition from this life to the next:
"I wish for my family and friends to know that I do not fear death. It is not the end, but is a new beginning for me. I also want my family and friends to know that I love them, all of them."
We want to thank all of you who are praying for us and supporting us as we grieve over our loss while at the same time, remembering that because of our faith in Jesus, we will meet him again some day on the other side.
