It's been over a year since Ron's passing.  He was my brother-in-law (I married his brother James). Not only did Ron give me away at my wedding, he was also a mentor to me since I was 19.  Even though our families lived far apart I always wanted to raise my family as Ron and Sanna raised their 3 wonderful children.  He is missed but his legacy lives on in his kids and grandsons.

Ron had a genuine love for his family. Everything he did and set out to accomplish was for them. A very sad time for all of us who knew him at Bishop Kenny High School. He will be greatly missed, our love and prayers are sent to his family- Bob West

By sharing my experience on Jan 22, I hope to bring some comfort to all of you as you feel this loss. I was hiking in Rocky Mountain Nat. Park, by chance starting at the trailhead where Search and Rescue personnel were posted. It was the most beautiful weather day with bluebird sky, warm temps and crystalline snow.  Search and Rescue gentlemen were descending the trail....we were impressed with their respectful deameanor as they gathered together at the trailhead without sharing information (nor did we ask).  We felt the emotion.

Ronnie and I were childhood friends since 7th grade at Lealman Jr. High School. We played drums together in the marching band. We continued to be friends in high school at SPHS and I remained friends with Ronnie throughout our adult life. Ronnie was one of a kind. Always a smile on his face and the best sense of humor and so proud on his Canadian background. My heart is breaking for his sister, wife, children and all the many friends whose lives he touched. God Bless you Ronnie, you are loved and will be missed my friend.

Ron was a great motivational kind of guy. He could easily make a person want to better themselves. He taught me how to rise about mediocrity. His laugh and smile were contagious. I admired the type of family man he was and how devoted he was to his wife and children. Ron inspired me to be a better father for my kids. Even though I had not seen Ron for several years, I will miss him terribly. My prayers and condolences to his wife and children and extended family and friends.

Ron had a way to make everyone feel better about themselves. He could motivate a person to want to rise above mediocrity. Ron was an inspiration to me in many ways but particularly the kind of father he was to his children. He made me want to be a better father to my kids. Even though I haven't seen Ron in a few years, I will miss him very much. My prayers and condolences to the entire Webber family. ~ John

Coach Webber was the kind of teacher/coach that students came back to see years after they had graduated Bishop Kenny.  The kind of teacher you came by to see during the day even though you weren't even taking a class from him.  Always a bright smile on his face and words of encouragement.  He will always be by far one of my very favorite teachers and I can only imagine how many others would say the same exact thing.  I am so sorry for his family and friends.  I send prayers and love to them.  We will miss you Coach Webber, you will always be remembered!
