Rosemary was born to parents Arthur and Mary Waniger in Clarks Mills, Wisconsin.
In 1954 Rosemary graduated and got engaged to her husband of 67 years, Jerome Kiefer. They had four children; Robert, Debra, Gregory and Kaye Lynn and resided in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. They also have three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Rosemary enjoyed taking care of her beautiful home, gardening, playing cards and gambling.
A Celebration of Life Service is scheduled for Saturday, June 18th at 1:00 at Crist Mortuary located at 3395 Penrose Place Boulder, CO 80301.
A Final Service will follow in Wisconsin at the end of the month.
