Scot Elder West, husband of Jennifer Nibloe and father to Emily West Landon, Ann West and Megan West, passed away unexpectedly on July 27, 2014. Born on September 2, 1948 in Chicago, Illinois, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He spent many years working overseas. While living in Switzerland, he shared his love of the mountains with his family and friends. Many enjoyed his wicked sense of humor, his willingness to help both at work and play. His knowledge of obscure facts always amazed.
