Sue you were such a gift to everyone. The memories of riding horses with you and Joe, are cemented in my heart forever. I have the opportunity to be friends with Cynthia Schade, one of your friends  You are one of a kind..

I just found out about your passing and I am in utter shock.  Too late to send that email to catch up now...  So many memories in our 30+ yr friendship.  So many trips, so much laughing, so many adventures.  Being with you always involved an adventure and I love that you kept track of me after you left Boulder in the 70s; otherwise we'd have never been lifelong friends.  My life is so much richer thanks to you.  Here's to adventure, my friend, and you are on the biggest one there is and I know you'll do it up right!  Loveya, Girlfriend!

From the time we all first met in Austin Sue was one of my dear friends. She was a healer, a nurturer, and a lover of life. Sue had a positive impact on everyone that knew her. I will miss your smile and your wisdom.

I will miss you Sue. However, you have left me with so many great memories, from  riding your horse double late at night to hiking in CO and GA. You lived life to it's fullest. I was blessed to have you in my life. I'm sure you are up there with your parents and Kevin now. Whenever I am sad I will remember what you use to say about Kevin 'I'm sure he is up there looking down on us dancing and laughing'. It's funny, I can picture you saying that like it was yesterday. Bless you, Sue.

Sue Cole is one of the most phenomenal people that I've been blessed to know.  She was extraordinarily wise, kind, smart, funny, loving, and spiritual.  I truly celebrate her life because she lived it well, and I appreciate the lessons about living she left for all of us who loved her to remember. 'Rest in Peace' doesn't seem appropriate to say in this case.  'Continue to Let Your Spirit Soar', dear Sue, inward and upward to the Great Beyond.  I'm sure Bear and Sasha (as well as your parents and other loves in your life, of course) were waiting at the gate to greet you.

Sue was a dear sweet person and will be missed by many.
