Vicki Lee Johnson

November 2, 1944 – October 16, 2025

Vicki Lee Johnson, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on October 16, 2025. Born in Denver, Vicki spent her entire life in Colorado, touching countless lives through her career, service, and unwavering kindness.

In 1961, Vicki married Andy Johnson, and they enjoyed 63 years of loving marriage together. They raised their family in South Boulder and, in 1993, moved to Louisville, Colorado. Andy and Vicki lived there until moving to Balfour Senior Living in 2022 and then to The Gallery Senior Living in 2024. Andy preceded Vicki in death on June 7, 2025.

Vicki dedicated much of her career to Fairview High School, where she served as the internship coordinator and attendance office administrative assistant, and to Platt Middle School, where she also worked as an attendance office administrative assistant.

A loving wife, mother, and grandmother, Vicki is survived by her children: Scott Johnson (Tracy), Rob Johnson (Kari), and Debbi Dempster (Chris); and her grandchildren: Zach Johnson, Katelynn Johnson, Kylor Johnson, Keegan Johnson, Graham Johnson, Blake Ellis, and Brooke Dempster.

Vicki was an active member of Ascent Community Church in Louisville and, together with Andy, helped local seniors through AARP by assisting with annual income tax preparation.

She found joy in playing cards with friends, spending time with the couples’ group she and Andy belonged to for more than 30 years, volunteering, and participating in an investment club. Above all, she cherished the time spent with her beloved husband, children, and grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 23, at 11:00 a.m. Staging Area Red at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 S. Sheridan Blvd. (North Gate), Denver, CO 80235.

A celebration of life service is being planned for a later date. The family will provide details once arrangements are finalized.
