Bill Dick of Boulder passed away on January 26, 2018 at the age of 75 from pulmonary fibrosis.
Born in San Antonio, Texas to Hester (Harrison) Dick and William Jarvis Dick, Jr., Bill moved to Arizona to attend Judson School in Scottsdale and then Arizona State University in Tempe.
He moved to Boulder in 1965 to open Boulder Valley Volkswagen. Bill married Mary Ellen Houston on June 17, 1967. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary last year.
Bill was happiest with his family out on his boat on Lake Powell.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Ellen, his three daughters, Christina (Grant) Clayton, Carolyn (Jeff) Wright, and Cathleen (David) Kendall and his two grandchildren, Drew and Lindsey Kendall.
A family service will be held at a later date.
