Ann was born in Lackawanna, New York to Francis and Aurora Noack on September 12th, 1945. She retired from the Manatee County School Board, where she worked as a Secretary at Oneco Elementary School. She enjoyed reading, camping, and spending time with her family and friends.
Ann is survived by her Husband, Wayne Torsell of Ellenton. Her Brother, Joseph Noack. Her Children: Reed Torsell, Gene Torsell, Sonja Nastyn, Jody Torsell, Shane Torsell, and Christine Skates. Twelve Grandchildren and nine Great Grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her Daughter, Jessica Bolles and one Granddaughter.

Ann was a women who loved her family and friends; she will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
