Charlie was a member of Happy Gospel Church. He was a real estate agent, broker and auctioneer.
He is survived by his loving wife Helen (Reece) Kessler Browning, son Dean Browning, and cousin Jim Ray.
He is preceded in death by his first wife Joan Abell Browning.
Visitation will be held on October 2, 2017 from 3pm to 5pm, with services immediately following, at the Happy Gospel Church 1915 53rd Ave E, Bradenton 34203, burial will be held at a later date in Lebanon Kentucky.
Manasota Memorial Park and Funeral Home is entrusted with final care.
