Throughout her life, Dixie was devoted to her family and is survived by her children, David (Diana) Onderisin, Kimberly (Robert) Schmitt, and Daniel (Daniel Hagan) Onderisin. She was a cherished grandmother to five grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Dixie was preceded in death by her siblings, Ronald Carlton, Joan Mossberger, and Kay Velasquez.
Dixie enjoyed a variety of hobbies that kept her active and engaged. She loved reading, traveling to new places, and experimenting with recipes in cooking and baking. She also cherished dining out and spending quality time with her family, creating lasting memories with every gathering.
Dixie's warm and welcoming nature will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Her legacy of kindness and generosity will continue to live on through her family and the many lives she touched.
