Elwin Logan Smith was born May 18, 1934 in Antigua W.I.. Seventh of ten children given birth by Edith Augustus Sebastion. Elwin second son to husband Charles Edgar Smith. Elwin was a purchasing agent of packaged foods. Elwin was the beloved husband of Rose Smith for over 29 years.
Elwin will forever be remembered by his devoted brother Bevan Smith, sister in law Virginia, loving sister Lauretta Smith, beloved children Jerome Pilgrim, Christine Smith, Terri Smith, Carl Anthony Smith, Wayne Townsend, Clarissa Tate, son-in-law Jasper Newell, daughter-in-laws Marsha Monique Smith, and Terri Townsend. His grandchildren, Chantel Monique Smith, Gerardo "Jerry" Olmeda, Natalia Lee, Glenmore Griffin Junior, Stefan Alexander, Dahlia Alexander, Nathaniel Lee, Hiram Townsend, Eric Tate, Abigail Townsend. He also leaves behind his great grandchildren Naim White, Lylah Griffin and multiple nieces and nephews
Elwin loved laughing, being with family, grilling and having fun with his family. Elwin touched the lives of many people with his smile and generosity and maintained his sense of humor to the end.
A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered.
