Francie Feder

Francie Helen-Bier Feder, age 48, of Lakewood Ranch, Florida, passed away at home long before her time, on Tuesday, March 3, 2026. She was preceded in passing by her father Barry Bier, and is survived by her husband, Elan, her treasured boys Rhys, Avi, and Pace, her mother Davida Bier, her brother Scott Bier and his wife Sarah, and her brother Randy Bier. She also shared a unique bond with her nieces and nephews, Eliza, Brady, and Amber Bier, and Ian and Bess Feder.

Fran was born on March 9, 1977, and raised in Livingston, New Jersey, with her parents, her dear nanny Jackie Edwards, and her brothers. Over the years, she made her home in North Carolina, New York, Maryland, and Florida, and loved travelling, but she always remained a Jersey Girl.

Franny was laid to rest on her birthday, March 9, 2026, at Manasota Memorial Park. She has a spot in the shade, a beautiful view of the park, and a small ledge for a balcony – a must-have for any vacation.

Francie had a bigger heart than anyone should. She loved her family and friends even more than herself, and gave of her heart to anyone in need whenever she could. She was truly beloved by her closest family and distant relatives, her Grandy Lolly and Papa Gerry, and hundreds of friends. She was also revered by each of the friends of her three boys, who all knew her as, “Ma.” Every one of those souls has had their world shaken by the loss of this beautiful human being. We will all miss her and love her to the end of time.
