Gary Carl Richardson passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, after a long illness. He was born in Long Beach, California in 1944 to the late Galen and Ethel Richardson. He is survived by his loving wife, Carolyn, and his son, Jason Richardson. He was preceded in death by his sister, Donna, and brother, Kim.
Before retirement, he was employed by Motorola in Michigan. Gary served as an Air Force Captain during the Vietnam War.
A graveside service will be held in the Sarasota National Cemetery with military honors on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
