George D Grecu

George was a 65 year member of Knights of Columbus and a member of Moose Lodge & Elks Lodge, Wildcat Creek Golf Course, Tara County Club, and Pressman’s Union. He graduated from Kokomo High School Class of 1953. George worked for Cuneo Press of Kokomo for 25 years after high school. George completed his career as an Agent with Prudential Insurance Company. Throughout his life George had a passion for playing and watching golf with family and friends as well as following Notre Dame football and Kokomo High School athletics. He is survived by his loving wife Nancy, married June 14, 1958. Children Jeff & (Karyl) Grecu, Lisa & (Charles) Rickman, Lori & (JT) Wubbolding. Brother Mark Grecu, Grandchildren Jennifer Freeman, MaryKate and Matt Grecu, Jack, Griffin, Luke and Ava Wubbolding, Great Grandchildren Steven, Alexia, Roman and Aurelius, Great Great Grandchildren Hailia and Eve.

He is preceded in death by his parents Daniel & Helen Grecu and brother Daniel Grecu.

A memorial mass at Saint Joan of Arc Catholic Church and a family gathering are planned for August 2018.
