JW was born in Ohio on December 15, 1975. Jay grew up playing football and was a die hard Tampa Bay Buccaneers Fan.
JW was a very social and outgoing person. He loved making people laugh and he made friends wherever he went. JW was a family man who would do anything for his loved ones.
JW leaves behind his wife of 25 years (Cori), their two daughters Camryn and Avery. Sister Traci (Kent) many nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
JW is proceeded in death by his father (Gary) mother (Judy) sister (April) and niece (Kelli).
Funeral services will be arranged at a later date.
