Joyce Ann Bertone entered into eternal rest at the age of 70, on October 24, 2025. Joyce was a beloved wife and mother. She was born in Milford and was raised in Grafton, Massachusetts. Joyce moved with her family to Sarasota, Florida in 1977. Joyce enjoyed going on cruises with her family, working outdoors in the yard and in the home. She last worked for a boat manufacturing company in Sarasota. Joyce was a kind and gentle woman who was loved by all who knew her.
She leaves behind her loving and devoted husband, David; two sons Jason and Paul and Paul’s fiancé Elle, and their granddaughter Kalei. She also leaves behind her 96 year old mom, Dorothy Burke, father Irving Burke who predeceased her in 2017, brother Jimmy and his wife Nancy, sister Joan and her husband Eddie, brother Robert and his wife Kim, brother in laws Frannie, John, their families and many nieces and nephews.
A committal service will be held at Robert Toale and Sons Funeral Home at Manasota Memorial Park, located at 1221 53rd Ave East, Bradenton, FL, 34203, United States. The service is scheduled for Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at 10:00 am.
