

Margaret K. Clark, age 75, passed away peacefully in her home in Bradenton, FL on September 6, 2022, after a long, courageous battle with a motor neuron disease. Margaret was born on April 11, 1947, in New Britain, CT to the late Alexander Michael Kulesa, Sr. and Helen Jachimczyk. Margaret grew up in Newington, CT with her four siblings and graduated from Newington High School and Hartford Secretarial School. Margaret was married to William J. Clark and lived in Hebron, CT for many years before moving to Bradenton, FL. Margaret had a successful career as a paralegal for more than 20 years in CT and FL.
Margaret had a beautiful spirit which was genuinely reflected in her love and devotion to animals, her family, and friends. She was loyal, diligent, charitable, activistic, selfless, compassionate, and had an enthusiasm for life. Margaret was passionate about the protection of wildlife, conservation of natural habitats, and sustainable environments for the benefit of humans and animals alike. She rescued multiple animals and was dedicated to their safety and well-being. Margaret loved to travel, especially to Africa, which she held dear, and deeply appreciated and respected diverse cultures.
Margaret is predeceased by her husband, parents, sister, Eleanor Larson, brothers, Joseph, Edward, and Alexander “Ollie” Kulesa, Jr., and her brother-in-law, Carl Larson. She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Frances Kulesa, sisters-in-law, Marilyn Kulesa and Elizabeth “Betty” Kulesa, and numerous nieces and nephews and their spouses and children.
The family would like to thank Margaret’s dedicated friends and caregivers in the Bradenton, FL area for their enduring support and compassionate care, which allowed Margaret to stay in the comfort of her home through the progression of her disease.
Margaret’s funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:30 AM on Friday, October 21, 2022, at St. Mary’s Church, 626 Willard Avenue, Newington, CT 06111.
