She was born in Tampa, Florida on October 25, 1996.
Myshaela was a bright light who touched the lives of everyone she met with her kindness, humor, and warmth. A proud 2016 graduate of Bayshore High School, she went on to earn her certificate in Massage Therapy from Manatee Technical College before starting her current career in the medical field as a Home Health Coordinator.
Above all, Myshaela was a devoted and loving mother to her beautiful 6-year-old son. Her passion for baton twirling and dance from her youth evolved into a deep love for her faith community at Light of the World church, where she found peace and spiritual connection. Throughout her life, from childhood friendships to adulthood, she was surrounded by people who loved her deeply and cherished every moment with her.
Myshaela is lovingly remembered and survived by her 6 year old son; her grandmother, Linda Goda; her grandfather, Kevin Goda; her mother, Jamie Burnham; her stepfather, Greg Funchess; her sister, Brianna Fischer; her stepsister, Brooklyn Funchess; her brother, Trey Nixon; and her brother-in-law, Elijah Fischer.
A celebration of Myshaela’s life will be held at 11am on Saturday, January 24th, at Light of the World church in Sarasota, FL.
