“Ann” Po Yin Wong, 79, of Bradenton, passed away peacefully on August 16th, 2022. She is preceded by her husband, “Tommy” Hok Kai Wong and will continue to live on through her Children, John Wong (with Carole Wong), Sam Wong (with Kim Wong), and David Wong; Nephew, Dennis Wong (and family); 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Ann Po Yin Wong was the heart of the family, always making sure everyone was taken care of and no one ever went hungry. We will all miss the traditional Chinese dishes she made for lunch every day, and the most delicious fried rice she would make for the holidays. On Sundays, you could find her playing Mahjong with her friends or shopping for flowers. She loved singing and Chinese Soap Operas. Her laugh was contagious. Ann Po Yin Wong was also the hardest working woman, devoting her life to the success of the family business (Wong Kai Imports). She will forever be remembered and loved by her family and many in the Chinese community.
Visitation will be held Sunday, August 28th, 2022 from 10:00am to 11:30am with service following at Robert Toale and Sons Funeral Home at Manasota Memorial Park, 1221 53rd Ave East, Bradenton, FL 34203.
