Robert Zygmond Scesny, of Wyandotte MI & Bradenton FL passed away Wednesday March 7, 2018 at the age of 87, he was born March 23, 1930 in Wyandotte Michigan. Robert (Dancing Bob of Horseshoe Cove) was a practicing catholic who graduated from Roosevelt High School. He then went on to serve 4 years in the Navy. He owned his own masonry business for 50 years and was with the Wyandotte Fire Department for 32 years achieving the rank of Fire Chief. He was also a Lion, participating in many charity events. He was extremely active in numerous hobbies: horseshoes (an A player), line dancing, bolo, bowling, golfing and many card games. He is survived by loving Wife LaDean, a son Robert Dale (Cheri), daughters Dr. Janet Scesny, Sandra (Dean) Stefan, Carolyn (Peter) Srabian, Connie (Robert) Speer. Grandchildren Bree (Joseph) Gunter, Scott (Christine) Scesny, Drs Natalie Datien (Joseph Abiad), Shelby Legel, Robert (Natalie) Speer, Dana Speer, Andrea Stefan, Haley and Paiton Srabian. Great grandchildren Layla and Lucas Scesny and Calin (Speer). He is preceded in death by his parents Zygmond & Martha Scesny and son Matthew J. Visitation will be held at Manasota Funeral Home 1221 53 rd Ave E, Bradenton FL, on Saturday March 10, 2018 from 4pm to 8pm.Manasota Memorial Park and Funeral Home is entrusted with final care.

You will always find comfort in his love because even though his physical body has run its life course, his love will always be with your all.
