Sheila was predeceased by her husband Carl David Grubbs (February 2020); daughter, Jessica James and father, James Whitford.
She is survived by her son Joshua Grubbs (Amy); mother, Dorla Pettit Whitford; brother, Ronald Whitford; grandchildren, Robert, Cody, Chelseanne, Kaylee, and Tyler, and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.
A licensed cosmetologist, she enjoyed cutting and styling hair. She also enjoyed bartending. Her greatest joy was her time with her grandkids.
A funeral service for Sheila will be held Thursday, January 6, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Robert Toale and Sons Funeral Home at Manasota Memorial Park, 1221 53rd Ave East, Bradenton, FL 34203. A graveside service will occur Thursday, January 6, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Manasota Memorial Park, 1221 53rd Ave East, Bradenton, FL 34203. A visitation will occur Thursday, January 6, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 1221 53rd Ave East, Bradenton, FL 34203.
