I'm another old classmate and friend from Springfield, with warm memories of Tom. I'm very sorry I did not know he settled in Bradenton, as I spend winter on Longboat Key and it would have been great to renew the friendship. Deepest sympathies to all his family.

So sorry for your loss Pat,  my sincere condolences to you and the family.  I have fond memories going back to 1956,(class of 1958 SHS)  he was a great guy and a good friend and he will be greatly missed by all that knew him. I will always remember him for his smile and good sense of humor. God Bless and may he RIP.

Uncle Tom was simply the most naturally funny man I ever knew. Hand's down. Giant heart. Beautiful soul. But he taught me how to tell stories and I could have listened to him for days. he was a wonderful uncle. I loved him so much.
