Mrs Cameron was my Latin I teacher in Manchester High School and her teaching and personality set my love for the language that continues still. I am now a retired Episcopal priest in Virginia where I went to college and have lived ever since 1962. I remembered Mrs Cameron went to Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg and several years ago, through the alumnae office I sent her a letter thanking her for teaching me and he many kindnesses. I had a wonderful long letter back which I cherish.  I just found this announcement and wanted to offer this little bit of of a very grateful memory which still lasts after so many years. May she Rest In Peace and  may she rise in glory. 

I have been thinking about this beautiful soul for a couple months now. I'm sad I didn't hear of this sooner. She was so full of life. She loved her library and her family. I can't see a box of chocolates with out thinking of her. Rest in peace sweet lady. Xoxo

Ginny was a wonderful co-laborer in the Lord at our Woodlands ministry for many years. We treasured her can-do attitude and work ethic that so faithfully served our congregants. We miss her delightful smile and thank God on every remembrance of Ginny. We send our heartfelt condolences to her family.

I am so sorry to read about the death of your mom.  She was such a sweet lovely lady . I always enjoyed talking to her when I came over to visit .  I am especially glad that I got to see her one final time last year.

Ginny was such a wonderful person, and she will be greatly missed.  She is the reason that I am in STAR.  A friend of hers told her that I was interested in joining STAR.  She was so excited and wouldn't let me go until I filled out the petition to join and sent it in.  I was initiated when she was Worthy Matron which will always be a great memory for me.  There was never any job too small or too big that Ginny wouldn't do.  She made us all aprons that we could wear at our dinners.  She made the covers for the pedestals, plus countless other things.  I was so proud when Betty Beasley, Worthy Grand Matron of Florida, and Mike Harrell, Worthy Grand Patron of Florida, in 2016 made her one of their "Earth Angels", special members to them.  If anyone deserved it, Ginny did.  We all loved her and will miss her a lot.  

Ginny and I were Worthy Matrons in Eastern Star during the same year in the early 1990's. She loved life and her Eastern Star family, was always smiling, and was just a good person. I will miss her.

I was so sorry to get your call and hear of the passing of your mom.  Throughout my life, even though we all lived so many miles apart, there were times when we were all together that I remember so well.  Celebrating a couple Christmases and Thanksgivings together, visiting in Berwick, Hartford, Newark and Bradenton a couple times to see you all, those were fun times visiting with my family.  I wish we all would have been able to be together more but life saw things differently.  I will always love your mom and remember her with fond memories.  Take care and rest easy knowing that she is in a better place.
