Todd Franklin, 51, passed away on Wednesday February 21st, 2024. Todd is survived by his daughters Ayla and Alexa, his mother Leona, father Skip, brother Michael, sister Lisa and numerous friends and loved ones.
Todd grew up on the baseball fields of Antioch, where he formed friendships that lasted his lifetime. He was a graduate of Antioch High School in 1992. He continued playing baseball at Los Medanos College before transferring to Cal State Chico. Todd graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 1996.
While Todd has enjoyed many accomplishments both on and off the field, the greatest of his life was the birth of Ayla and Alexa in 2012. Todd was a loving and devoted father. Todd’s love of the game has passed onto the girls through many hours coaching their teams. He was the ultimate girl dad, always willing to do anything to make the girls happy.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Lone Tree Golf Course on Monday March 4th at noon.
